Shrimp and Grits
Eight large shrimp sautéed with andouille sausage, green onions and tomatoes with a crawfish creole cream sauce on a bed of grits.
Surf & Turf
6 oz filet mignon served with two crab meat stuffed shrimp, blue cheese herbed potatoes, and grilled vegetables.
Veal Saltimbocca
Veal scaloppini sautéed with prosciutto and fresh sage. Served with sautéed three-cheese gnocchi, spinach, and portabella mushrooms.
Pan-Seared Sesame-Crusted Ahi
Sesame-crusted seared rare ahi tuna on a soy-ginger butter sauce with chipotle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Honey-Glazed Salmon
Sautéed salmon with caramelized garlic in brown sugar and Jack Daniel's with fresh oregano. Served on spinach mushroom cream rice with sautéed spinach and vegetables.
Pollo Enrollado
Stuffed chicken breast with pico de gallo, bacon, and Monterrey Jack, lightly fried and topped with cilantro cream sauce. Served with spinach mushroom cream rice and sautéed vegetables.
Chile Relleno
Roasted poblano pepper stuffed with ground beef and cheese, egg-battered, topped with red and green peppers, onions and melted Monterrey Jack. Served with rice and Borracho beans.
